We offer a professional and personnel service to our clients, and do our very best to make sure that everything runs smoothly.

Letting and Management

This service includes everything mentioned in Let only, and in addition offers management of the property, to ensure that any problems that may arise during the period of the tenancy are dealt with on a day to day basis.

Extra Service Provided

•	Typed Inventory of furnished properties.
•	Collection of rent.
•	Register and submit deposits to DPS (Deposit Protection Services).
•	Monthly rent payments to Landlord.
•	Yearly Statements of rent.
•	Arrange quotes and repairs for property maintenance when necessary.
•	Advice in the event of rent arrears.
•	Inspections of the property and notification of general wear and tear.

Letting Fees

If Management is taken the letting fee is reduced to £200 plus vat on completion, which is deducted from your first months rent.

Management Fees

Management fees are 10% plus vat each month, while the property is let.
