Letting Service Only

This service is for the Landlords who wish to manage their own property but require a quality tenant.
This service includes advertising, references and preparation of an Assured Shorthold Tenancy.

Service Provided

•	View property and give advice and rental valuation.
•	Advise you on the compliance and various safety regulations.
•	Establish Landlords requirements for a tenant, example no pets, none smoker etc.
•	Vetting of potential tenants by way of obtaining references.
•	Accompanied viewings.
•	Preparation of Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and relevant notices.

Our Fees

Tenant finding fee is £250 plus vat on completion only.
