Registration is FREE.

Once you have registered with County Accommodation, we can check all our suitable available properties and arrange a viewing.

Registering can be done either by visiting our office (Appointment’s only) faxing or email.

Information required will be name, address, telephone numbers, date of birth, employer name and address, telephone number, fax or email address. Also name and address of recent Landlord or guarantor. Credit checks may be required depending on the Landlords requirements.

Viewings

Viewings can be arranged 7 days week. Viewings will be either with ourselves the tenant or landlord.

Reserve a property (Terms of business)

To reserve a property we will require £200 cash ‘Holding Deposit’, this will be deducted from the balance on completion. If the Landlord does not grant the tenancy this money will be refunded. However if you decide not to proceed for any reason this deposit will be forfeited. This will also apply if you fail to provide accurate and completed references.

Deposits

Equivalent to one months rent is taken as a deposit. From 6th April 2007 all new tenancy deposits must be protected in a government-authorised scheme. The deposit is held to cover damage, breakages and any other liabilities covered under the terms of your tenancy agreement.

Please note under no circumstances can the deposit be used as rent.

Rent

Rent is payable one month in advance.

Fees

On completion a fee of equivalent to 2 weeks plus vat will be payable.

Agreement

The agreement will be granted for a minimum 6 months.
